This application is for grant of bail in connection with Dandari P.S.Case No.48 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 354(C) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences, Act, 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in first paragraph of the petition in course of the day itself.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the allegations are serious in the F.I.R. but now the parties have compromised the case and it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that due to submission of the compromise petition, the charges has not been framed and the

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides. In view of the allegation against the petitioner , I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge in this case. Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
