The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of order dated 04.01.2022, whereby the father name of petitioner is wrongly typed as "late Mangal Sahni" instead of "Amod Sahni"

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the father name of petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as " late Mangal Sahni" instead of "Amod Sahni."

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 04.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9095 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 2137 of 2021 is modified to the above stated extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S.Case No. 145 of 2020, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
