The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of murder of informant's married daughter by the accused persons due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is the fatherin-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. He has no concern with the affairs of the husband of the deceased. The other co-accused who is the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55615 of 2015 (5) dt.24-02-2016 mother-in-law of the deceased has been granted regular bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.54405 of 2015.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
