The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 33(K) of Excise Act.

Sixteen bottles of 750 ML foreign liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner. The petitioner was not there. However, on knowledge, he surrendered in the case on 14.11.2016 and since then he is in custody. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016.
