2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on confessional statement of co-accused Raja Kumar @ Raja Paswan. Save & except confession of co-accused, there is nothing against this petitioner to show his involvement in the alleged offence. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Sindhia P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
