Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 412, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.01.2016 on the allegation that stolen idols were recovered from his house. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that up till now, the trial of the petitioner has not commenced.
