The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No.214 of 2013, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2015, under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28396 of 2014. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the deceased Shushila Devi with axe on her neck. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 23.03.2014. The trial is in progress. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 214/2013. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
