17-12-2015 The petitioner, who is in custody since 03-09-2015 in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

The petitioner has been apprehended on an allegation of moving on a stolen motorcycle. It has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. Sri Jagdhar Prasad, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, which has been mentioned in paragraph - 3 of the petition, let the petitioner namely Upendra Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-
