A counter affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the BIADA, however, in course of argument learned counsel for BIADA has submitted before this Court that because earlier a reasoned order on the request of the petitioner seeking extension of time and the grievances raised by him was not passed and communicated to the petitioner, the competent authority of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the competent authority of BIADA is ready to consider his representations as contained in Annexure '8' series to the writ application and pass a reasoned order thereon, he would not press this writ application at this stage.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, the writ application is being disposed off with a direction to the Managing Director, BIADA to look into the grievance of the petitioner as contained in Annexure '8' series to the writ application and pass a reasoned order thereon within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner within next 15 days from the date of passing of the order.
