1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for quashing the Clause-6 of the Advertisement No. PR/442/2023 as contained in Annexure-P/2 issued by the Bihar School Examination Board by which no age

Patna High Court CWJC No.3064 of 2024(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 relaxation to the candidates has been granted on the ground that examination was being conducted every year and was conducted in the year 2023 also.

Learned counsel for the Bihar School Education Examination Board submits that in the writ application filed by the similarly situated person challenging the Clause-6 of the advertisement in CWJC No. 155 of 2024, this Court has already passed an order, dated 11.01.2024, after taking note of the provisions of the Clause-6(Ga) and the fact that STET Examination was being held regularly, dismissed the writ application finding no merit. Accordingly, submission is that the present writ application is also be dismissed in terms of CWJC No. 155 of 2024.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that in the identical fact writ application filed by the similarly situated person has been dismissed by this Court, accordingly this writ application stands dismissed.
