In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 349 of 2015 for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the In-charge Headmaster was going to his school on scooty bearing registration no. BR-06AD-7427 with cash for the purpose of distribution of scholarship amongst the students and, in the way, some miscreants looted Rs. 1,62,000/- and also took away the vehicle. Later on, on the confessional statement of the petitioner, the vehicle was recovered.

Looking to the nature of allegation , this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56506 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Satyam Kumar @ Gulshan is rejected with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after one year of judicial custody.
