The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2450 of 2012 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Braj Kishore, son of the complainant, after obtaining the passport wanted to go to abroad for livelihood. In that course, petitioner introduced the complainant to Naushad Shekh saying that he will manage Visa on payment of Rs.1,50,000/-. On asking by Naushad Shekh, Braj Kishore handed over an affidavit to him. Thereafter, complainant handed over Rs.1,05,000/- to Naushad Shekh for Visa. Thereafter, informant approached to Naushad Shekh and petitioner but they did not take any heed. When the complainant asked to return the money then

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Naushad Shekh to take money from the complainant on account of arranging Visa. Only allegation has been made against the petitioner to introduce Naushad Shekh to the complainant for sending abroad to his son, Brij Kishore. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2450 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
