2. The petitioner has challenged the disciplinary proceeding as well as order of punishment on a number of grounds.

3. Without prejudice to the claim of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to remedy available under Rules 23/24 of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2005.

4. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. In case, any such appeal/petition is filed in terms of
