Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender be extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 89 of 2012 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Madhubani. The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent as indicated.
