2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 447 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366(A), 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, co-accused Sunil Yadav along with the petitioners kidnapped the daughters of the informant and threatened them to kill.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and have

The allegation of kidnapping is only against co-accused Sunil Yadav, who is proprietor of the orchestra. The petitioners have falsely been implicated merely because they are the employees of main accused Sunil Yadav.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 7th-cum-Special Judge(POCSO), Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 447 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
