2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of N.D.P.S. Act registered in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 622 of 2013.
3. At the very outset, learned APP submits that the F.I.R. has been filed as far back as in the year 2013, but the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2019 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.
4. Considering that the petitioner has not shown any cause for immediate apprehension of arrest and the anticipatory bail petition has been filed about 6 years after filing of the F.I.R.,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21702 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Ibrar/BT U T
