JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that there is violation of Section 100(6) Cr. P.C. The recovery is said to be done from the house of the petitioner, but there is neither any signature of the petitioner nor any of the family member on the seizure list. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 21.9.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.C. Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2293 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016, G.R. No. 1826 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
