The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 301 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 49 litres of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.11.2018.

Case No. 301 of 2017.
