JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 364 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the younger brother of the husband of the victim of committing murder of the daughter of the informant in her marital home and disposal of her dead body, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. His prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
