JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1 That this writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate/ order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the office order as contained in Memo No. 25 dated 23.06.2014 passed by the Mukhiya Gram Panchayat Jhunathi within the district of Jehanabad whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been terminated

Patna High Court CWJC No.11890 of 2014 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 from the post of Panchayat Teacher pursuant to Memo No. 256 Ratni Faridpur dated 07.06.14 issued from the office of Block Education Officer, Ratni Fardipur, on the ground that after verification his educational certificates were found forged and fake also with a direction to the petitioner to refund a sum of Rs. 84,000/- under the head of salary.

Further, the respondent may be directed to reinstate the petitioner henceforth as such his educational certificate was already verified and was found correct by the Registrar, Departmental Examination, U.P.

Allahabad, in view of the request made by B.E.O. Ratni Faridpur himself vide Letter No. 840 dated 30.08.12."

Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Jehanabad, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order. The said appeal filed by the petitioner, shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
