The matter relates to appointment of Anganbari Sevika of Ward No.12, Panchayat Wazitpur, Belaganj, Gaya. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondent no.5 has been appointed as Anganwari Sevika illegally. The petitioner has filed an application before the District Programme Officer, Gaya, which is pending consideration.
