JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named and there is omnibus allegation of indiscriminate firing against the petitioners and other FIR named accused, however, the informant in his written report, specifically, stated that it was co-accused Aatma Yadav, who opened fire causing fire-arm injury on the left thigh of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was land dispute between the parties and admittedly, not only the present case but other cases also were also lodged against the petitioners.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56526 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua.
