The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 34 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from an open field.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on
