It is found from the record that the petitioner/husband has challenged the orders passed in Maintenance Case No. 111 of 2019, under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur. The orders dated 09.05.2019 to 06.12.2021 are under challenge before this Court.

3. On perusal of the impinged order, I found that all the orders are interlocutory in nature except the order dated 26.12.2021.

4. It is found from the order-sheets of the trial court record that the petitioner suggested the opposite party to settle the dispute on receipt of one time settlement. The opposite party

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.130 of 2022(4) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 was agreed. Subsequently, from 09.05.2019 to 27.10.2021, the opposite party dragged the proceeding in the name of one time settlement.

5. Ultimately on 6th December, 2021, the learned trial Judge directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) per month towards interim maintenance within 10th of each succeeding month.

6. I do not find any illegality in the impugned order. Therefore, the impugned order is affirmed.

7. The instant revision is dismissed.
