2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A,376 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his associate kidnapped informant's daughter.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of two days without any explanation which renders the entire prosecution case doubtful. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that He submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and aforesaid statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
