JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). That an appropriate writ may be issued directing the respondents to hand over the possession of Khata No. 101, Plot No. 84, 85 (Old) and new Plot No. 421 to 439. New Khata No. 491 which admittedly belongs to the petitioner as is in possession over all these plots till today.
(ii) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding upon the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14637 of 2014(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 Respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner for causing damages of property to the tune of Ten lacs while forcibly disposing the petitioner from his own property (house and other, trees land and other properties) belonging to him."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
