JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 31-07-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we direct that pending finalization of the criminal case (Excise Case No. 5731/17, arising out of Piro P.S. Case No. 314/2017), vehicle of the petitioner (Black colour Passion Pro Motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR 26H-7595) be released to the petitioner on the petitioner furnishing two sureties to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. The vehicle in question shall be released within one week from the date of submission of the sureties. Valuation of the vehicle in question shall be done as per the valuation shown in the insurance documents.

No. 13162 of 2018 and the circulars/orders issued by the State Government in pursuance to the direction issued by this Court in the case of Diwakar Kumar Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors (C.W.J.C. No. 5049 of 2018). With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
