JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 272 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR father of father of informant had gone in a car along with driver and later on informant received information that hie father was shot dead. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired during investigation.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against him and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him if bail is granted to him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9280 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer on the ground that name of the petitioner was also there that he was in the company of other accused persons.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on the record and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
