Petitioners are named and there is only allegation against them that they caught hold the deceased whereas; it was coaccused, Hareram Giri, who assaulted the deceased by means of GADANSA.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daraunda P.S.
