JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the son of the informant dashed a she-goat with tractor when the mob assaulted the son of the informant, thereafter, the informant reached on the spot and tried to take his son to hospital but he was obstructed by the mob by pelting stones. Subsequently, the son of the informant succumbed to the injury.

More over, similarly situated accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 16350 of 2015 and 20042 of 2015 Considering the accusation against mob, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.
