JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody since 18.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased and admittedly, investigating officer after completion of the investigation submitted charge sheet under Section 498A,306/34 of the IPC. The husband of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this Court on 25.06.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 4343 of 2014.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54983 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 169 of 2014.
