JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 619 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was arrested while police conducted raid of house of one co-accused and police recovered several stolen articles from there and it further appears that petitioner is accused in two other cases also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the house does not belong to him and there is no recovery from his conscious possession and he is in custody for more than three months and charge sheet has been submitted. Heard learned APP also.

Case No. 619 of 2019.
