2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304(B) and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner, is of killing of the deceased. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon Mediation held in the Gram Panchayat dated 14.05.2022 from which it will appear that deceased was suffering from mental illness. The petitioner is in jail since 14.04.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023.
