Petitioner retired as an Assistant Engineer from Rural Works Department, Bihar, Patna, on 30.11.2016. He prays for payment of pension, gratuity, leave encashment of 300 days, provident fund amount with statutory interest. Considering the nature of claim, made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2, the Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department, Bihar, Patna, which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner along with admissible interest will be paid within a period of one
