In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 419,420, 465,472/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioner has deceived the informant as he has taken gold and returned the brash causing financial loss.

The petitioner submits that he is in jail since 12.03.2015. Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.
