Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR reveals that at the time of occurrence, the petitioner was in jail. However, suspicion is that he had conspired the occurrence of robbery and assault committed against informant.

Submission is that during investigation of the case, nothing specific came against the petitioner. He is in custody since 29.06.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
