JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 An order of interim maintenance dated 30th September, 2020, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi in Maintenance Case No. 133 of 2019, CIS 133 of 2019, directing the petitioner/husband to pay maintenance @ Rs. 15,000/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 and Rs. 10,000/- per month in favour of the parties minor daughter, is challenged in the instant revision.

2. I have perused the impugned order. The petitioner works in the Railway Department as a TTE.

3. It was submitted on behalf of the petitioner in the trial court that the monthly salary of the opposite party is Rs.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.128 of 2022(4) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 65,000/- along with other source of income. The opposite party has not denied the said allegation.

4. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
