The Circle Officer, Daraundha, DistrictSiwan is personally present in Court along with the records of the case.

In this case, the petitioner is challenging the notice dated 08.01.2024 issued under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 for removal of encroachment. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State, on instructions from the Circle Officer, Daraundha, that further proceedings of Encroachment Case No.01B of 2017-18 has been put on hold because the Zamabandi Cancellation proceeding is pending.

Considering the aforesaid submission, it is directed that as and when the Zamabandi Cancellation case is disposed of, the Circle Officer, Daraundha may restart the Encroachment Case after giving proper notice to the petitioner. The Circle Officer will pass final order after hearing the petitioner and after considering the show-cause and other documents of the petitioner.
