The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections-47/48 (2) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Allegedly, total 6.4 litres country made liquor is said to have been recovered from house of this petitioner. The seizure list annexed with the written report does not bear the signature of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 18-112016. It is mentioned at paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4396 of 2017 (2) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amnour P.S.
