JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The case has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition and it appears from perusal of the compliant petition that the informant sustained fracture injury on his left wrist. Moreover, the complaint petition shows hat there was land dispute and the alleged occurrence took place on account of aforesaid land dispute.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S.Case No. 73 of 2012.
