The petitioner, namely, Md. Sawood Alam @ Saud, is in custody in Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2015 under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that this case was registered against three unknown persons, who alleged to have committed loot of motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner has been arrested only on his own confessional statement recorded in another case and nothing has been recovered from his possession and that he is in custody since 12.10.2015. Till today, the alleged motorcycle has not been recovered.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the present case, I direct the petitioner, named above, to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55740 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S.
