In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 506, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner has taken potato of Rs.15,62,878/- from the informant, but has not paid any amount.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Kumar Sah @ Rakesh Sah, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case no. 167 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
