Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of his mobile location as well as confessional statement of co-accused, Rizwan.

Admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased and Md. Rizwan as well as some others have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 553 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
