The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015 registered under Section 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the recoveries of one countrymade pistol with live cartridges of .315 bore from possession of the petitioner and a pipe gun and two live cartridges of 12 bore from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
