JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 27.05.2013 passed in Case No.14/2013 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
