In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 219 of 2015 registered for offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, allegation has been made against the petitioner, he has killed his father. Though witnesses have not seen actual incident of murder but certainly witnesses have seen him, he was carrying his father, beating, ultimately he was found dead.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56840 of 2015 (3) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 conclude the same within one year. If the trial is not concluded by the aforesaid period, the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
