In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.230 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 368, 374, 354, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act.

In view of the fact that such prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected on earlier occasion vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59077 of 2018, this Court does not find that there is any substantial change of circumstances which will require consideration of the application for grant of anticipatory bail again. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is again rejected.
