Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased was suffering from ailment and she died of her natural death but after cremation of dead body, the informant, who happens to be uncle of the deceased, lodged this false case with ulterior motive and moreover, the brother in law and mother in law of the deceased have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
