JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2016 Petitioners being parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The basic accusation is of torture and killing the daughter of the informant within two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. The victim is still traceless. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that victim has eloped with someone. Moreover a complaint was filed prior to lodging of the present case against the informant's family.

Case No. 66 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali.
