JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015 (Corresponding to G.R. No.431 of 2015), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 326, 324, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51960 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 16.03.2016 rejected the bail application of the petitioner. In the order, this Court has quoted different

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5118 of 2017 (3) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 paragraphs of the case diary and recorded in what manner the whole action has been executed.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
